1. The key technologies for uncooled infrared detectors
We are trying to break through the bottlenecks of uncooled lead-salt infrared imaging system by developing (1) an integrated technology compatible with large-scale monolithic circuits; (2) an industrialization route for high-sensitivity uncooled infrared detector chip; (3) a whole domestic industry technology chain covering "material-chip-system-application".
2. The ultra-fast intelligent infrared detection and perception system
We are focusing on the cutting-edge technologies in infrared detection and perception system by developing (1) low-defect silicon-based lead salt epitaxy growth technology; (2) unipolar barrier device architectures; (3) multi-dimensional control and integration technologies for micro-structured light field enhancement.
3. Infrared transparent conductive coatings
We are improving the infrared transmittance, reliability, and stability of high electromagnetic shielding light windows by exploring (1) the synthesis strategy for wide-bandgap chalcogen infrared transparent conductive electromagnetic shielding coating; (2) multi-band integration window anti-reflection coating design and corresponding industrial production technology.
